Focus instead on what is positive through your thoughts, words, and deeds. When you believe in yourself, you make your mind up that negative thoughts become harder to cling to, so pay close attention to your attitude.
You have two voices, one that only you hear, and another that you speak out loud with, so others hear you. Regardless of what you actually say with your mouth, what matters is what your inner voice says, for this is the one you listen to the most.
If your inner voice is truly negative, then that is because of you and you alone, regardless of the circumstances in your life to date. You may have no control over what others say or do, but you have control over how you feel and think. The choice of how you react and how you become habituated to think and feel, therefore, depends completely on you.
