MEDITATION is a major component in many religions. It's a practice to relax your mind, and to think deeper. It is used to achieve a higher state of consciousness, to create focus and to have a peaceful mind. With meditation can one relax his/her mind and can find harmony. The main point of having meditation is to focus one's energy on a particular point.

There are many techniques that are used to meditate and if you want to use meditation you can use these techniques, and once you perfect these than you can use meditation to advance your manifesting ability wherever and whenever you want to with great ease.

If you are not familiar with meditation then maybe you are wondering, What is meditation?” Well it is a way in our daily hectic life to tackle life's problems, stress, and anxiety. Meditation is very easy to perform and brings immense practical benefits to us.

You can meditate in various ways, using various poses. You can do it by simply lying flat on your back, the traditional pose is not necessary to perform meditation. If you chose to do it in a sitting position then you have to sit like a soldier in attention mode, so that your neck and your spine align.

Some people, during meditation, inhale with help of their nose or mouth, then out through the nose or mouth. There are no hard and fast rules as to breathing through the nose or mouth. However, you must use the same procedure on the inhaling and exhaling throughout the meditation, so if you inhale through your nose and breathe out through your mouth, be sure to continue in this way throughout the meditation.

Another Meditation Breathing Practice
Sit and inhale, then try to hold your breath for as long as you can, but remember ... don't try to force yourself to do so. Always ensure that you are not forcing the breath to stay inside of you. Just let your breath penetrate inside you. And then exhale through your mouth or nose.

To start meditation you must be precise in what you do, because due to lack of information many people struggle to breathe correctly and they think that they are doing well. But the simple fact is that you must not breathe by forcing yourself.

You must practice and practice so that you perfect the breathing technique. And breathing perfectly is the key to better meditation. You can also visualize anything that has happened in your life during your mediation in your unconscious mind. In this state of mind no time is given to the conscious mind to react, so you are not attached with these happenings, as a result you can have more focus on your problems through meditation.

The law of attraction is an area where meditation can be very rewarding, and when using manifesting combined with meditation then your world opens up to new possibilities. Good luck.

How To Focus On Your Goals To Attain Your Dreams By Stephen Richards

An undisciplined mind is a wasted one, which will be reflected in the life of the one who possesses such a mind.

To control your life, therefore, control your mind. To control your mind, control your breath.

One of the most effective means of controlling both is through breath meditation. This is done by simply focusing on your breathing. As you breathe in and out, focus only on your in-breath and on your out-breath.

If other thoughts arise, pay them no mind, as you would ignore a television playing in the background.     With regular practice, you will find that your mind becomes less distracted, and falls more and more under your conscious control.

Once you achieve this, you can focus on your goals and on the attainment of your dreams, free from the distractions of others’ dramas, your own, and seemingly negative circumstances.

You also avoid the lack of direction an undisciplined mind imposes when it has you running first after one desire, only to give it up when the next one comes along, leaving you with nothing in the end.

Burn Rage And Anger WIth This Meditaion By Stephen Richards

Fuel the fire with your anger and hate through meditation There is a meditation ritual that helps  to deal with negative emotions, especially if you have been harboring such emotions for a long time. Whether or not you are a perennially angry and hateful person and genuinely wish to change, or if you are usually a cheerful person, not usually given over to such aggressive emotions, you might find the following ritual useful.

1/ Sit upright in a quiet, private place where you will not be disturbed. Some find it useful to do this in a dim room, but the choice is yours.

2/ Close your eyes and imagine a fire burning a few feet in front of you. What type of fire is up to you, be it a candle flame, a blazing fireplace, a bonfire outdoors or whichever you feel the most comfortable with. Try to make this fire as real as you can, so that you feel its heat, and it captures your entire attention.

3/ With your eyes still closed, recall the feelings of hate and anger that consumed you last, but try not to recall the incident or person that caused it. Merely focus on the emotion. How did your body feel, how did your mind feel?

4/ Where does this hate and / or anger seem to concentrate? In your chest, your stomach, your head? Pay attention to the part of your body where such negative emotions come from. Once you have located it, dwell on those feelings again, but not on their reasons. The reasons are not relevant. Remember, the person you direct such thoughts to are often unaware of them. You are hurting yourself more than you think you want to hurt them, so it is you that this exercise seeks to help.

5/ Still keeping your eyes closed, imagine those negative emotions pouring out of you into the fire. As more of your hatred spills out of you, imagine it leaving your body for good.

6/ Keep feeding that fire with your anger, your hatred, your doubts, and your fears, till you feel yourself literally drained of it.

Applying Meditation To The Law Of Attraction By Stephen Richards

There are interesting and effective ways to apply meditation to the law of attraction. Your internal connections and peaceful experiences result from effective mediation, which can bring you joyful new and ongoing life prospects. This can be done in comfort, without long and painful physical positions.

These recommendations or techniques are different than some of the more traditional ways used to bolster your own powers and relationships through meditation. This free lesson caters to people who are on-the-go and need the ability to meditate just about anywhere.

1/ First, choose whether to sit on a straight-backed chair (as on a plane, train, bus or car), or lay down in a flat position. When sitting, be sure that you are in a rigid position with your chin pulled back, aligning your neck and spine.

2/ Then choose a position for your hands (called mudras). For positioning in traditional Cosmic Ordering Meditation, place your right hand on your lap with the palm up, and place your left hand knuckles atop the right hand with your thumb slightly touching. In other words, your right hand forms a cup for your left.

3/ Now choose a breathing method. You may inhale and exhale both through your nose, or both through your mouth or inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth. Stick to one method throughout your session and be sure to breathe properly; your stomach is to move naturally outward during inhaling and inward during exhaling.

4/ Next, practice a few turns. For example, sit up straight, inhale through your mouth or nose and hold it, slowly counting to three letting the air “sink into” you. Now exhale through your mouth. Don’t think of the inhaled breath as a “forced” exercise, but as a relaxing, deep draw.

Thats it! Start meditating! Be aware of yourself and your ability to concentrate. Count each breath in and out so that you achieve 10 full exercises. Enjoy the peace and tranquility you get from meditation, and let it renew your energy for attracting many needs and desires, from personal relationships to business practices.
